This is the consulting business of Alyssa Haroldsen, a.k.a. kupiakos. That’s me! I’m known for my passion in Rust, inspired by my volatile relationship with C and C++. I enjoy making code better and more fun to work with, with a focus on security, soundness, and long-term maintainability. For all I love sound code, I especially love hacking—exploiting a system’s design to make it do something cursed is one of life’s greatest joys.

I previously worked for 7 years at Google on high-performance C++ and embedded Rust, aiming to make code small and abort-free while remaining as safe as possible. Perhaps you remember me from the Rust chat at Google, answering fine details of Rust soundness with this astronaut avatar.
